This part doesn't have to be weird.

Let’s be real, we all know how money works, and nobody likes weird pricing games. I keep this part simple, upfront, and bullshit free.
All my pricing is right here. No guessing, no "let me hear your budget first" tactics. What you see is what you get.
Prints? They’re not included. And I’m not here to upsell you on stuff you don’t want. The store exists for convenience, not pressure. If you’d rather print your photos somewhere else, go for it. No hard feelings, no guilt trip.

FAQ

Do I get copyrights to the photos?
Short answer: no. I keep 100 percent of the copyright and honestly, that’s a good thing.
It allows me to legally share your photos with you, post sneak peeks online, and send images to vendors or anyone else who helped make your day happen. That said, if you want to keep things private, just say the word. I’ll respect that, no questions asked.
What you do get is a lifetime print and usage release. You can print your photos anywhere, post them online, tweak them if you want, it’s all yours. The only thing you can’t do is sell them to stock photo sites, enter them into contests, or submit them to publications.
How do you book me?
First step is simple, we meet.
I don’t take on weddings without connecting first. We can grab coffee, hop on a video call, or even meet for a drink. The point is to make sure we click. If I’m going to be part of one of the biggest days of your life, I want it to feel natural and easy for both of us.
How long does it take to get your photos and video?
You’ll get a solid preview within the first week. Enough to relive the vibe, post your favorites, and knock out your thank you cards.
The full gallery usually lands within 2 to 3 months, depending on the time of year. If I’m deep in the middle of wedding season chaos, it might take a little longer but I promise it’ll be worth the wait.
Do you travel for weddings?
Hell yes I do.
I actually love them so much that I do everything I can to keep travel costs close to my regular pricing. I treat it like a working vacation and a chance to explore somewhere new with cool people. I’m always down to add another pin to the map!
Got a destination in mind? Hit me up and let’s see if we can make it happen.
How soon should you book me?
The earlier the better. Most couples lock me in about 6 to 12 months in advance. If you want to secure your date, reach out as soon as you can.
Is it really unlimited time?
Yep. No time limits. I’m there from the start of your day until you make your exit at the reception. You don’t have to choose which moments to cover, I capture it all.
If your day runs over 16 hours total including travel, I might ask for a hotel stay. But that’s super rare, and I’ll let you know ahead of time if it applies.
Why is there only one package?
Because I believe in keeping things simple and stress free. You’ve got enough on your plate, so I’ve made my process as easy as possible.
No choosing hours or juggling coverage levels, just one package that includes everything. From getting ready to the last dance, I’m there for all of it.
I’m a storyteller, and I want to tell the full story of your day. Not just the highlights. All of it.
What if we have not paid in full before the wedding day?
No stress
I will still show up and give you everything I have on your wedding day. You will get the same energy, the same coverage, and the same experience either way.
After the wedding, I will send a reminder for the remaining balance. Nothing gets delivered until the account is paid in full, but I promise the work will be ready and waiting as soon as it is.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. I carry a two million dollar liability and general insurance policy.
If your venue requires it, I can provide an accord certificate and add them as additionally insured.
Do you need us to provide food for your team?
Yes. We work our asses off all day and without food, we’re toast. By the time the meal hits, we’ve usually been grinding for around eight hours.
We eat what the wedding party eats, usually right after you all get served. That way, we can refuel and be ready before the next reception event kicks off.
This isn’t in the contract, it’s just a gentleman’s agreement between you and me, as humans doing a job.
What is the payment process?
Everything is handled online through a secure processor using credit or debit, super easy. But if you are old school and want to write a check, I can roll with that too. And if you are off the grid and want to pay in cash, no judgment, I got you.
To lock in your wedding date, there is a 500 dollar reservation fee. After that, it is pay what you can, when you can, at any time.
The contract says the full balance is due two weeks before the wedding, but if life happens and budgets get tight, just let me know. I am never going to ask you to sacrifice anything meaningful just to meet a deadline. I am flexible, just be open and we will figure it out.
Are there any travel fees or hidden costs?
Hell to the No
Inside Colorado, there are zero travel fees and no surprise charges. The only exception, and I will always bring it up ahead of time, is if the total day (drive plus event) runs over 16 hours. At that point, I just ask for a place to crash so I am not driving home half asleep.
Other than that, everything is crystal clear. What is included, what costs extra, and what to expect, no fine print, no weird fees, no gotchas. NO BULLSHIT.
What defines an elopement?
Honestly? I define it.
It’s not just about how long the day is or how many people show up. It’s about the vibe, the location, and how complex the whole thing is. A small wedding with a handful of guests isn’t an elopement, it’s just a small wedding. And an elopement a quick 30 minutes away is a totally different story than one four hours out on top of a mountain.
That’s why I like to meet and talk through your day. We figure out what you’re planning and then take it from there. Your day, your rules.
How much time is included?
Usually, an elopement is a shorter day, most run between 4 to 6 hours total, including any driving.
But here’s the thing: an elopement isn’t just about the clock. There’s more to it than time. Reach out and we will see where your day fits!
